Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Business Analyst to drive complex transformation initiatives, bridging business strategy and technical delivery across automation and AI-led programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full Business Analysis lifecycle, including complex requirements elicitation, AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping (BPMN), gap analysis, and detailed documentation for automation solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery management across multiple initiatives, covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance.
- Design and facilitate executive-level workshops to align stakeholders on objectives, scope, and outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders, developing business cases, success metrics, and programme governance.
- Collaborate closely with automation engineers and SMEs, ensuring traceability from business requirements through to deployed solutions, including QA and non-technical governance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience leading complex BA engagements and technical discovery phases.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and functional/technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation, AI, and Generative AI use cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working within regulated environments.
- Knowledge of AI risk, ethics, and governance considerations.
