We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a major data transformation programme focused on cloud data platforms and real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed Lean Agile principles across cross-functional teams delivering data and AI capabilities
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums and product alignment sessions
- Coach teams transitioning to Agile, improving delivery, feedback loops, and efficiency
- Drive visibility of risks, dependencies and impediments at team-of-teams level
- Support Agile reporting (Jira queries, velocity tracking, earned vs planned value)
- Enable collaboration across product, engineering, design and stakeholders
- Promote psychological safety and continuous improvement within teams
- Align execution with platform strategy alongside senior stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Scrum Master experience within Agile delivery environments
- Proven expertise in Lean Agile, coaching, and facilitation
- Experience across end-to-end product lifecycle (design, build, CI/CD, DevOps)
- Exposure to data-focused programmes (data migration, ingestion, or analytics platforms)
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g. Jira) and metrics
Nice-to-Have
- Databricks platform experience
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II/III, CSP, CTC)
- Experience in large-scale transformation or data platform programmes
