Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Pangbourne (with ~20% travel)

We are seeking an experienced Reward Delivery Advisor to design and optimise global reward programmes using data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end reward solutions across global, regional and local teams
  • Analyse internal and external reward data to support compensation and benefits decisions
  • Lead and contribute to reward-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reward strategies
  • Ensure compliance with policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor market trends and integrate best practices into reward programmes
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and change management initiatives

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits structures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex reward data and market benchmarks
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
  • Project management experience delivering reward or HR transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance within reward frameworks

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in large, global corporate environments or consulting
  • Exposure to HR systems and data analytics tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and change management expertise
