Airswift is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our clients' team in Surrey, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be supporting the offshore wind tendering team.
Role Overview
- Manage commercial bids to optimize success in contracts awarding and maximize company results.
- Develop and organize proposal plan, including cost structure and scope of work for all parties involved.
- Analyze contract requirements and conditions, approve cost estimates, and ensure project organization and resource planning.
- Lead negotiations with clients to reach agreement on pricing, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the proposal.
- Ensure proper application of risk analysis and management.
- Oversee post-bid clarification phase with the client.
- Prepare proposal close-out report and project architecture.
- Integrate proposal packages from individual operating companies and partners.
- Ensure timely submittal of proposal to client.
- Manage interfaces with partners and client.
- Organize and hold bid kick-off meeting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of pre-tender and bidding processes.
- Experience in proposal development for large fabrication projects or offshore installation scopes.
- Ability to perform risk analysis and management.
