Location: London (5 days onsite weekly)

About the Role

Join our Engineering Community as a Project Manager, where you will drive strategic, tech-focused initiatives across our largest learning programmes, the XXX Hackathon and GOTO-wide engagement events. You’ll leverage portfolio management and tooling expertise to deliver structured, data-driven projects that connect engineering teams with leadership and enhance our client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Portfolio Management: Conceptualise, plan and execute multiple concurrent projects (learning platforms, hackathons, engagement initiatives) using robust governance frameworks, Agile methodologies and MS Project or JIRA.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong connections across engineering, leadership and global offices to tailor objectives, secure buy‑in and deliver exceptional service.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Produce timely dashboards and concise status reports (PowerPoint, Excel macros, BI tooling) to enable senior management decision‑making.
  • Tooling & Process Improvement: Optimise portfolio planning, governance and workflow automation using the latest tools (Confluence, SharePoint, custom scripts) to streamline delivery.
