Airswift is seeking a Learning Delivery Advisor to drive safety and compliance training initiatives in Pangbourne, Reading, with occasional London travel.
This 12‑month role is a day-rate contract inside IR35, offering a flexible mix of onsite and remote work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
You will deliver and optimise safety and compliance learning programmes, analyse data to measure ROI, manage LMS learning plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve engagement and outcomes.
