Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with local agents to ensure seamless operations. Respond effectively to emergency situations as they arise. Assist with logistical support for crew changes as needed. Oversee recruitment activities, including engaging with local educational institutions and managing training program participants. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with operational standards and conduct regular quality checks. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. Stay informed about regional developments, regulations, and socio-political conditions that may impact operations. Requirements Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with vendors and managing compliance is a plus. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
