Airswift is launching an exciting, unique service offering and division and we’re looking for a visionary MSP Sales Director to lead the charge. Reporting to the President, you will develop a pipeline of prospective clients. The role focuses on MSP solutions for mid-market clients across the EMEA region. You will be empowered to ensure we have the appropriate sales engagement strategies, lead generation and compelling win themes that harness the unique capabilities and value offered by Airswift.

Principle Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance existing customer relationships and introduce extended service lines.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to engaged sales with multiple stakeholder personas.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor & contributor to thought leadership.
  • Proactively identify and engage new clients by building relationships with key buyer personas and generating leads through targeted channels.
  • Qualify new opportunities using defined processes to assess fit, probability, and desirability, while collaborating with the Solutions Director to define and articulate customer solutions.
  • Keep up to date with developments and innovations in the industry.
  • Support proposal development by managing timelines, processes, and content creation.
  • Maintain business intelligence and increase company-wide awareness and knowledge of the market and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Significant track record of winning MSP solutions and achieving revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Proven experience in sales within the MSP industry, with a deep understanding of MSP solutions and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and deliver against sales targets and objectives.
  • Evidence of successful and large sales achievements.
  • Expert level across PSL, MSP, RPO and total talent solutions is aspirational.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
