Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform Specialist to help accelerate business transformation, automation, and adoption initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
- Drive the adoption and practical use of Microsoft Copilot across business functions.
- Design, build, and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Rapidly implement automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support business users with training, guidance, and best practices for Power Platform tools.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite with business teams in London.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and process improvement programmes.
- Familiarity with enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
