We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Technician to support our operations team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing expert maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of plant and hydraulic machinery, ensuring optimal performance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities, making a real difference every day.

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical equipment
  • Experience with pneumatic tooling and general plant maintenance
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
  • Full valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with Cengar, Atlas Copco, Universal Tools, and Chicago Pneumatic tools
  • Diesel motor training and service experience
  • Enerpac training and service expertise
  • Prior mechanical equipment working knowledge

Education and Experience

  • Technical Apprenticeship or equivalent certification
  • Relevant experience in plant and equipment maintenance, especially with hydraulic and mechanical systems

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on-site, support multiple depots, and undertake site-specific procedures
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including on-site visits and site-specific requirements
  • Commitment to safety protocols and environmental policies
