Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance, repairs, and inspections on plant and hydraulic machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems; troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Operate and maintain pneumatic tooling and general plant equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team and communicate findings clearly for reporting and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
- Experience with pneumatic tooling and general plant maintenance.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
- Full valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cengar, Atlas Copco, Universal Tools, and Chicago Pneumatic tools.
- Diesel motor training and service experience.
- Enerpac training and service expertise.
- Prior mechanical equipment working knowledge.
Education and Experience
- Technical Apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
- Relevant experience in plant and equipment maintenance, especially with hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Other Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site, support multiple depots, and undertake site-specific procedures.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including on-site visits and site-specific requirements.
