We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery of digital and cloud-focused initiatives, driving operational stability and measurable service performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and control projects in line with established delivery frameworks, budgets and timelines
- Lead both Agile and Waterfall workstreams, ensuring effective change control, governance, risk and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement and programme communications at executive level
- Oversee operations performance including incidents, problem management, service stability and availability
- Translate non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, recoverability, supportability) into measurable outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and identification of systemic issues
- Ensure compliance, financial tracking, and delivery assurance across projects up to $5M
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven Project Management experience with certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
- Strong Agile & Waterfall delivery expertise
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, digital platforms, and infrastructure environments
- Vendor management, governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements and operational environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Degree and 10+ years’ IT experience
- Experience managing projects up to $5M and teams up to 20
- Strong storytelling, resilience and entrepreneurial mindset
