The IT Change Management position involves partnering with colleagues on projects and programs as an experienced change practitioner, driving business value and measurable outcomes while building capability across the organization to better manage and sustain change.
Key Responsibilities- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles
- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business
- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
