We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on digital device support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting essential IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across multiple business sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software support for HP PCs, desk equipment, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Set up and configure devices for new starters, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Manage and troubleshoot iOS mobile devices (iPhones & iPads), ensuring secure and efficient use.
  • Support and maintain Cisco Meeting Room Equipment, ensuring high-quality video conferencing.
  • Handle Windows printing issues and maintain printer hardware.
  • Assist with LAN infrastructure support, ensuring connectivity across the business.
  • Fulfill IT equipment requests, maintaining inventory and tracking assets.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, or 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a multi-site corporate environment.
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with iOS platforms, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Familiarity with Windows printing solutions and printer maintenance.
  • Understanding of meeting room infrastructure and collaboration tools (e.g., Cisco).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
