HSE Coordinator - BESS
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland (AB22 8AN)
Duration: September - Q1 2028
Working Pattern: Full-time, site based
Outside IR35
The role:
- Support day-to-day HSE activities on site
- Conduct site inspections and safety observations
- Maintain HSE trackers and project documentation
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Promote a positive safety culture across contractors
They're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years' HSE experience within construction, energy or infrastructure projects
- Has experience with HSE reporting, tracking and compliance activities
- Holds a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
- Has experience on BESS, utilities, HV cable, substation or similar projects (preferred)
