We're currently looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to support a major offshore wind project on the UK West Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a positive safety culture with one of the leading names in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a proactive HSE culture across offshore operations
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident/near-miss investigations
- Log findings and evidence using Synergi
- Lead offshore emergency exercises and lessons learned meetings
- Support toolbox talks, pre-sail and back-to-work briefings
- Participate in all QHSE meetings and communications
Requirements:
- Offshore rotation: 1 week on / 1 week off
- Based in Barrow-in-Furness, with offshore travel
- GWO Offshore certification (valid and in-date)
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); Diploma preferred
- Offshore HSE experience is essential
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Confident team player
