We're currently looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to support a major offshore wind project on the UK West Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a positive safety culture with one of the leading names in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a proactive HSE culture across offshore operations
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and incident/near-miss investigations
  • Log findings and evidence using Synergi
  • Lead offshore emergency exercises and lessons learned meetings
  • Support toolbox talks, pre-sail and back-to-work briefings
  • Participate in all QHSE meetings and communications

Requirements:

  • Offshore rotation: 1 week on / 1 week off
  • Based in Barrow-in-Furness, with offshore travel
  • GWO Offshore certification (valid and in-date)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); Diploma preferred
  • Offshore HSE experience is essential
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Confident team player
