We are seeking a skilled Estimator to support pre-FEED and FEED phases for a landmark national maritime infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-discipline capital cost estimates for large-scale industrial projects
- Translate project scope into accurate estimates for design, procurement, and construction
- Analyse project complexity, apply contingencies, and benchmark against historical data
- Support bid evaluations, negotiations, and change order management
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and external stakeholders as a trusted cost advisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10–15 years of estimating experience, including 5+ in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
- Proficiency in Excel; K-Base knowledge a plus
- Strong understanding of construction practices and capital cost structures
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; international experience preferred
