We are seeking a highly experienced Pega CLSA Certified Developer to join our client’s IT Development team and lead the design and development of workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design reviews and mentor team members.
- Develop and implement Pega-based workflow solutions.
- Support business analysts in defining business processes.
- Produce architecture design documents and break down development tasks.
- Ensure quality through unit testing, deployment, and configuration.
Must-Have Skills:
- CLSA Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of Pega PRPC experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale PRPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks, architecture components, and SOA services.
- XML experience and integration using JMS/MQ services.
Nice-to-Have:
