Engineering Services Officer (Building Services)

Airswift is seeking applicants for the position of Service Consultant – Employer of Record (EOR). The Service Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for employees within Airswift’s EOR team. Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements. Coordinate medical and background checks as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams such as payroll, billing, legal, and immigration to ensure the employee is properly integrated into all Airswift systems. Collaborate with internal departments worldwide to address and resolve any queries as they arise. Facilitate the return of any company equipment, tools, or other assets. Manage any visa, travel, or logistics related to the employee’s de-mobilization. Previous customer service experience. Proficient in general MS Office applications. Proficiency in non-English languages is a plus, but not required. Attractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus.
