Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical technology projects that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to transition and closure.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Manage project governance, reporting, change control and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee project financials including forecasting, budget management and variance analysis.
- Drive effective risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support business readiness, service transition, user adoption and benefits realisation.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale IT and digital transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting and financial control.
- Proven project risk assessment and management capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technology and business teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Practical experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops and Jira.
Nice-to-Have
- PMP, MSP, Pg MP or equivalent project management certification.
- Agile certifications and delivery experience.
