Job Title: IT Project Manager (Digital & Cloud) Duration: 6-12 month Contract Workload: Full time hours Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35 Location: London We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery of digital and cloud-focused initiatives, driving operational stability and measurable service performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and control projects in line with established delivery frameworks, budgets and timelines Lead both Agile and Waterfall workstreams, ensuring effective change control, governance, risk and reporting Manage vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement and programme communications at executive level Oversee operations performance including incidents, problem management, service stability and availability Translate non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, recoverability, supportability) into measurable outcomes Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and identification of systemic issues Ensure compliance, financial tracking, and delivery assurance across projects up to $5M Must-Have Skills: Proven Project Management experience with certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) Strong Agile & Waterfall delivery expertise Experience with cloud, SaaS, digital platforms, and infrastructure environments Vendor management, governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement Strong understanding of non-functional requirements and operational environments Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-Have: Degree and 10 years’ IT experience Experience managing projects up to $5M and teams up to 20 Strong storytelling, resilience and entrepreneurial mindset
