We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant focused on contract personnel for the Green Energy sector. You'll be partnering with companies driving the Green Energy Revolution, playing a crucial role in helping them staff their groundbreaking projects.
As you develop your expertise, you'll become a subject matter expert and a role model within the organization. Whether you aim to fast-track your career into leadership, management, and executive roles, or aspire to international opportunities in cities like Amsterdam, Singapore, Dubai, and Brisbane, Airswift offers a range of growth paths tailored to your ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve performance, quality, and compliance targets as agreed upon.
- Manage the full 360Β° recruitment cycle, building out your own portfolio while aligning with Airswift's overall recruitment strategy.
- Provide creative and unique recruiting solutions in a highly competitive market.
- Deliver tailored contract recruitment solutions to global and regional clients, both existing and new.
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and comprehensive business understanding.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including candidate search, client engagement, and negotiation of rates and salaries.
- Keep internal systems updated with all relevant recruitment data and metrics.
