Offshore Shift Supervisor Position
Location: Offshore Vessel
Rotation: 3-4 weeks on
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Offshore Shift Supervisor to manage towing and mooring operations on an offshore vessel. The successful candidate will oversee shift activities, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the deck crew during towing and mooring operations.
- Conduct pre-job safety meetings and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with the marine crew and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and inspection of rigging and lifting equipment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the crew, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards.
- Monitor and report on operational progress, addressing any issues that arise during the shift.
Qualifications:
- Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS certification.
- Valid OGUK Medical certificate.
