Location: Sheffield, S2 5QX (4 days in the office), Hybrid ideally Sheffield or London-based for partner and customer access
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 base salary, OTE up to £15,000

Partnerships Manager - The Role:
This is our first dedicated Partnerships Manager role in over two years, offering a genuine opportunity to shape and build our partnerships function from the ground up. You'll own and develop relationships across our existing 80+ partner ecosystem while identifying new strategic opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you'll turn partnerships into a true commercial growth channel, activating relationships, driving joint activity, and turning insights into revenue and mutual growth.
Partnerships Manager - Responsibilities:
- Own and develop relationships across our existing partner ecosystem and identify high-value partners
- Identify and engage new technology and agency partners, assessing commercial and strategic fit
- Support onboarding and go-live of new integrations while acting as the voice of partners internally
- Feed insights into Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to maximise partner opportunities and embed partnerships into commercial strategy
- Track partner performance through referrals, revenue, and engagement, creating clear reporting on impact
- Help teams understand how to position and leverage key integrations
Partnerships Manager - About you:
- A strong communicator who is confident, clear, and personable with proven commercial awareness
- Proactive and self-starting, able to take ownership and prioritise effectively without a playbook
- Experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or similar roles
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer teams
- Curious about trends, technology, and how things connect in the hospitality tech landscape
- SaaS and hospitality exposure beneficial but not essential
