Are you a commercially sharp professional ready to own customer relationships and drive growth? Airship / Toggle has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager.

Location: Hybrid – Sheffield, S2 5QX (4 days in the office) or London (Remote) - Occasional travel to client sites required.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Base Salary: £28,000–£38,000 depending on experience and location. London-based roles attract a weighting to reflect cost of living.

The Role: We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and take ownership of the commercial relationships across a portfolio of Airship and Toggle customers. You’ll be responsible for renewals, upsells, and keeping customers invested in their partnership with us - while working closely with the wider team to ensure they’re getting real value from our platforms. This is a role for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and excited about the opportunity to use AI tools to work smarter - not just harder.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the full renewal cycle for your customer portfolio, identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms confidently while balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through tailored proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Pipedrive and report regularly on ARR, NRR, churn risk, and expansion revenue.
  • Actively seek out and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and move faster without sacrificing quality.

You:

  • Demonstrable experience in account management, sales, or commercially-focused customer success.
  • Confident negotiator comfortable discussing contract renewals and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio and prioritise competing demands.
  • AI-curious and proactive, actively exploring new tools to work smarter.
