About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self‑motivated 360 Recruiter to drive both new client acquisition and full‑cycle delivery within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology sectors. This fully remote position is ideal for recruiters based in the UK or South Africa who can independently manage the entire recruitment process—from business development to candidate placement across both contract and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and placements for both contract and permanent positions.
  • Client Acquisition & Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the IT, Telecom, and Emerging Tech markets.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Delivery: Build and maintain strong networks of contractors and permanent candidates across key technical disciplines.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long‑term client and candidate relationships to drive repeat business and future growth.
  • Market Development: Research and target new markets, developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate competitive terms and commercial agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client retention.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record of new client acquisition and successful placements.
  • Strong background in recruiting within IT Services, Telecom, or Emerging Technologies.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain both contract and permanent talent pipelines.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently within a commission‑only environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑focused setting.
  • Competitive Commission Structure: Earn 20% to 40% commission, based on quarterly billed revenue and whether the deal is self‑sourced or delivered through collaboration (no threshold or minimum billing required).
