Are you a pure hunter looking to build and own your own portfolio from the ground up? We are looking for three highly motivated sales professionals with a passion for technology to join our rapidly expanding team at an award-winning, B-Corp certified technology solutions provider. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be spearheading our growth across Scotland by taking our cutting-edge business technology solutions to market.
What You Will Be Selling:
- IoT: Smart Building & Energy Management, Asset Tracking, Vehicle Telematics, and Lone Worker solutions.
- Cyber Security: Penetration Testing, Endpoint & Gateway Security, Dark Web Scanning, SOC, and MDR.
- ICT & Cloud: IT Infrastructure, Managed IT, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot integrations.
- Data Connectivity: Ethernet, SD-WAN, MPLS Networks, and Leased Lines.
- Voice & Unified Communications: VoIP, SIP Trunks, PBX, Omni-Channel Contact Centres, and Voice for Teams.

The Opportunity:
This is a true Business Development opportunity. You will not be handed a legacy book of business on day one. Your mission is new logo acquisition – but here’s the best part: you keep what you catch. You will take full ownership of the new logos you win, transitioning into an Account Manager for those clients to ensure maximum satisfaction, portfolio growth, and long-term retention through cross-selling our extensive solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunting and acquiring new business (New Logos) across your designated territory.
- Meeting with prospective and newly acquired clients face-to-face to deliver bespoke service standards (at least once per quarter).
- Taking full ownership of client management for the accounts you win.
- Expanding your newly built client portfolio by cross-selling additional services and products to increase revenue.
- Working toward and consistently achieving personal KPIs and acquisition targets.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A proven track record in Business Development/New Business acquisition, ideally within the MSP, Telecoms, IT, or Cyber Security space.
- Experience in delivering presentations and coordinating high-level client meetings up to Director level.
- A self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic "hunter" mentality.
- A clean and up-to-date driving license with access to your own vehicle (Essential).
