Leadership & Management

Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully leading production operations and driving process improvements. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
