Leadership & Management
Lead the production team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. Oversee the development and implementation of production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet demand and ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully leading production operations and driving process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
