Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Project Execution: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards project goals. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Track and report on project expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including the executive team and clients. Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address any challenges. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and maintain robust quality control processes. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management activities. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the project team.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present project reports and updates to the Head of Project Management and other stakeholders. Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on aerospace or technology projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for UAV development is a plus.
