The Role
In this hourly paid role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding restaurant bar experience, working closely with the back-of-house team to provide first-class service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers are served in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner while promoting sales and maintaining our high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve all customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any requirements or concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage products available.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar.
Requirements
We are looking for outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment; 1+ year bar experience is desirable.
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Have
- A good level of general education, including English and Maths.
- A willingness to learn about health and safety and food standards.
- The ability to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure.
Please Note
All successful candidates will be required to:
- Provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
- Hold an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will help you obtain. The application process requires the production of a valid passport, a criminal record check, and five years of personal/employment references.
