Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join the team on a temporary maternity cover basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative and customer support across a range of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence, prioritising and escalating where necessary
- Accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and databases
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, handling enquiries professionally
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries in liaison with finance and customers
- Support onboarding of new customers, including processing new customer contracts and relevant documentation
- Call taking and routing; logging calls and actions in line with team procedures
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong email management and call-handling skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and contract processing
- Experience managing invoice queries or working with finance teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently under pressure

Temporary maternity cover (full-time)
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Rate of Pay - £12.74ph, weekly pay
Start date - ASAP, duration one year
Training and guidance will be provided.
