Christmas Overtime Bonus

24 November-14 December and 21-23 December: £50 bonus for every overtime shift of 8 hours or more.

Peak Week: 15-20 December: £100 bonus for every qualifying 12-hour overtime shift. Everyone must commit to at least one 12-hour overtime shift during Peak Week.

Peak Week overtime must be booked in advance using the OT form.
Bonus scheme subject to eligibility and attendance conditions. One absence results in 50% of the bonus being lost; two absences result in the full bonus being lost.
Roles & Responsibilities

Loading and unloading containers and vehicles
-
Moving materials and goods around the warehouse
-
Pre-inspecting pallets before moving stock
-
Stacking and organising pallets
-
Supporting general warehouse duties
-
Heavy manual handling is involved, so physical fitness is essential
Working Hours
Day Shift: 4 on / 4 off - 06:00-18:00
Night Shift: 4 on / 4 off - 18:00-06:00
About You

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Valid right-to-work documents

Reliable and able to commit to the shift pattern

Able to travel to Harworth/Blyth (S81 8GN)
