What You’ll Do
- Our call center handles first contact. Your job starts there, taking a warm handoff and deploying the right technician with intent.
- Read the call, understand the customer, and match the job to the technician whose skills, personality, and strengths give the best chance to win.
- This role is about judgement, influence, and hospitality, not just filling slots.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of dispatching experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
- Service Titan experience is strongly preferred
- Competitive and motivated by results
- Sharp, analytical, and confident making decisions
- A strong communicator who can read people and guide conversations
