Air Personnel are delighted to be supporting a client based at Kidlington Oxford Airport for the role of Technical Records Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing and updating daily flight tech log pages for hours, landings, and cycles for maintenance planning updates and warranty reporting.
- Ensuring that all documents related to aircraft maintenance and parts are correctly filled out and filed.
- Preparing reports summarising aircraft maintenance activities.
- Reviewing and updating technical records of aircraft equipment and systems.
- Filing of aircraft documentation both electronically and in hard copy historical records.
- Communicating with aircraft maintenance engineers to verify and update the records.
- Assisting in the implementation of record‐keeping policies and procedures.
- Maintaining aircraft logbooks for airframe, engines, and APU, ensuring maintenance log certificates are correctly filed.
- Managing aircraft historical records with the records room ensuring all aircraft records have an up‐to‐date inventory list.
- Accurately recording and updating information regarding aircraft maintenance and inspection processes.
- Verifying the compliance of aircraft maintenance records with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring all technical logbooks for airframe, engines, and APU are securely locked away in the fireproof safe when not in use.
- Supporting the CAMO team in locating work packs when required.
- Supporting regulatory and internal audits.
- Gathering information and certificates in support of the CAMO team for the purpose of aircraft surveys / C of A renewals.
- Uploading maintenance information and work packs to CAMP system in support of correct electronic maintenance tracking.
- Updating aircraft file indexes to ensure all aircraft electronic records are kept in a consistent file structure for ease of access and retrieving required documents.
- Ordering of all departmental and airworthiness stationery in support of the CAMO team.
- Construction of new aircraft to fleet technical logs.
