The Role
- Be the face of Airparks at the forefront of our daily parking operations
- Welcome customers as they arrive on site, ensuring they receive a friendly and efficient check-in service
- Assist customers and direct them to available spaces, minimising disruption to their travel
- Safely and efficiently move customer vehicles from our customer arrivals area to our secure parking facilities on site
- Return vehicles to the customer collection area, perfectly timed for when they return from their trip
- Have a direct, positive impact on the overall customer experience
- Operate in all weather conditions, covering long distances on foot while working on site
- Demonstrate trust, teamwork, responsibility, and a customer-first mindset in everything you do

Hours
Airparks operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and this role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working a variety of shift patterns across days, nights and weekends.
