About AirOps

AirOps is the first end‑to‑end content engineering platform built for the AI era. In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI‑driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper‑growth, having 5x’d our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.

Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritise high‑impact opportunities, and create accurate, on‑brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.

About the role

AirOps is already winning in the US. Our sales team averages 130% quota attainment, and demand from European buyers has been building faster than we can serve it. So we’re opening our first London office and hiring our first AE to own EMEA. This is not a territory handoff. It’s a blank map. You’ll run the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close across the UK, DACH, Nordics, Southern Europe, and anywhere else the signal is strong. You’ll sell into any market across the region. The role reports with a short line to product and leadership, so when customer signal needs to move, it moves. What you build in the first 12 months sets the ceiling for how AirOps grows across Europe.

The role is based in London and operates hybrid. This is a rare shot: join a proven, revenue‑generating American AI startup at the exact moment it goes international. You won’t be employee 500 guessing whether the product works. You’ll be employee one in EMEA, armed with a product that already closes and a playbook that already converts, building something from scratch with the backing of a company that knows how to win.

What you’ll own

  • New revenue across all of EMEA: own pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with no ceiling on territory, market, or
