Role Description

We are seeking a driven and customer‑centric Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service across Airnow Technology's portfolio of solutions. The successful candidate will build strong, trusted relationships with decision‑makers, understand customer business objectives, and work closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver value‑led technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships at all levels within client organisations; focussing on long‑term, trusted customer relationships, not short‑term wins.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across IT hardware, software, cloud, cyber security, telecoms, and managed services offerings.
  • Create and execute account development plans to maximise revenue and customer retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning meetings with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical, operations, service delivery, and vendor teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
