Main Purpose of RoleWill be to care for a lovely little girl who is 1 yr old and was born with Congenital Conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Encephalopathy, Epilepsy and Dystonia, Learning Disabilities. Day Shifts and night shifts available, 8-10 hour shifts, Part-time hours.

Specialist tasks required

Oral Suctioning

Oxygen Therapy

PEG / Mic Key Button

Medication Administration

Seizure / Dystonia

You must

Ensure feedback is obtained from each service user / family to improve the service.

Ensure safe practices are always observed.

Contribute to external regulatory and compliance inspections

Comply with regular auditing of nurse logs and documentation

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate patient progress and advise on adjustments of treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Provide support to patients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills

Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric nursing

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Proficiency in medication administration

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
