Complex Care Assistant – Day Shifts – Wadhurst, East Sussex We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide care for an 18 year old adult with complex medical needs in their home in Wadhurst. This role involves deep suctioning, ventilation via Bipap and ensuring the service user’s comfort and well-being throughout day. Job Details: Location: Wadhurst, Kent Pay: £15 per hour PAYE/ £19 per hour Umbrella Shift Pattern: Day Shifts: 8 pm – 8 am / 2 pm – 8pm Must be a driver Responsibilities: Deep suctioning Ventilation via Bipap PEG feeding Epilepsy Medication administration Personal care This is a nurse led, home-based package, working closely with the child’s family and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
