Are you a compassionate and experienced Complex Carer looking for a fulfilling role? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide overnight care for a young toddler with complex needs in a home setting.
- Shift Pattern: Wednesday & Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2 nights per week)
- Pay: £15/hr PAYE | £19/hr Umbrella
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the baby’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night. Your duties will include:
- Tracheostomy care – monitoring, suctioning, and ensuring a clear airway
- Nebuliser administration as required
- NG tube feeding – preparing and administering feeds safely
- Monitoring vital signs and responding to any concerns promptly
- Personal care & hygiene – changing nappies, repositioning, and maintaining skin integrity
- Medication administration following care plan instructions
- Providing reassurance & comfort – ensuring the baby is settled and responding to any signs of distress
You will work closely with the baby’s family and a wider care team, ensuring a high standard of care in a nurturing and supportive home environment.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- 6+ months of personal care experience (hospital, nursing home, or home care)
- DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one
