The Role

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our Sydney Fire team, based out of Darlington, to assist with all facets of the Wet Fire Service Delivery.

You will assist with servicing and maintaining Fire Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant, Fire Water Tanks and Fire Pumpsets for both Service and Minor Works related tasks. You will also be required to work in the field autonomously and assist with optimising the service delivery experience for our diverse range of clients.

You will assist with providing technical advice, problem solving and work alongside your team to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance for all tasks and participate in the on-call roster.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Relevant Trade, Licenses and Qualifications
• Up to date with all relevant installation and maintenance standards and ability to read and interpret As Built Drawings, FER and specifications.
• Safety-focused with a strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail & workmanship
• Ability to participate in the on-call roster
• Current Driver’s License
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner
• Be willing to undergo a national police background check
