The Role
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our administration team based out of Darlington, NSW. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills in a diverse role, working both independently and as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Coordination and dispatching of works and technicians
- Processing of completed jobs and invoicing
- Manage and resolve customer queries
- Manage and resolve creditor invoice queries
- Requesting invoices from creditors
- Reviewing technician paperwork
- Raising quoted works
- Update internal databases
- Liaising with accounts payables, accounts receivables, account managers and between other departments
- Assist with incoming phone calls, greeting visitors and receiving deliveries
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will have experience in administration or accounts and possess the following:
- 2 years experience working within administration or service/scheduling
- Previous experience in service industry and dispatching field staff or technicians (Highly Desirable)
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer and typing skills (Word, Outlook)
- High level of organisation and the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to achieve and self-manage deadlines
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Flexibility, reliability and be well presented
- Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance
- Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential
