How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide is searching for a versatile Production Operative to join our Eynsham site and manage the end-to-end processing and distribution of helium.
This is a hands‑on role that blends production, laboratory testing, and delivery to customer sites, so a valid HGV Class 2 license is essential.
Responsibilities
- Production & Filling: Helium tank decanting and the filling of Gas cylinders and cryogenic helium into dewers
- Laboratory Testing: Testing of helium using Helium Gas chromatograph
- Logistics & Delivery: Responsible for the safe delivery of gas products to our customer base.
- Operations & Planning: Manage stock levels, input data into SAP, and plan filling schedules to minimize product loss.
- Site Maintenance: Utilize forklifts for yard work (training provided) and maintain a safe, hazard‑free working environment.
- Match Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV driver to diversify their skillset and transition into a technical production role. You will need:
- License: Valid HGV Class 2 license (Essential).
- Technical Aptitude: A mechanical background or a strong technical mindset, with strong problem solving skills.
