The Marketing and Customer Engagement Leader (MCE) is responsible for interpreting the Calgaz brand and bringing it to life through our communication channels, both internally and externally. Through listening to the relevant business stakeholders, and thoroughly understanding project briefs, they use their creativity to produce engaging content that attracts and retains customers.

The MCE owns the social media and web channels, ensuring that the content they create is aligned with Global Communications policies. An experienced and organised member of the team, the MCE plans marketing activities throughout the year and defines KPIs that measure the gross margin the activities generate, and acts upon that data to increase impact.

The MCE is accountable for ongoing engagement with 'house accounts' using digital outreach, and ensuring that Calgaz remains visible. They are an extension of the sales team, providing leads and prospect lists to Regional Sales Managers.
