An assistant is required to operate with the managing director and others with in a small plastics company based in New Milton.
The person should have a good understanding of computer programs be able to operate on the internet looking for product suppliers and able to disseminate company records to renew old customers.
The person would also be expected to assist Sales and able to operate on their own merit reporting back to the various managers applicable.
What we are looking for, someone with:
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to type proficiently (Essential)
- Knowledge of Dear Systems (Preferred)
- Reliable, honest and approachable
- Communicate well with others.
- Able to manage various tasks at one time.
- To effectively use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calender, email and database software.
Ideal candidate will have worked in busy office environment.
To live near to New Milton
Weekday Hours (9am- 5pm) 35 hours per week
Salary is Β£24,500 β Β£25,500 based on experience
