We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong project management skills to join our established team in High Wycombe. This is an interactive, hands-on role leading and developing a small team to provide engineering design, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement to a wide range of air movement products and innovative designs for future requirements.

This role would suit someone with strong project engineering skills with an electronics or mechanical background that has experience of leading a team in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00.

It is essential that when applying for this role you can demonstrate previous engineering experience, project management, and leadership skills.
