Objective of the role: The EA & Office Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our office while providing executive support to the CEO for a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave. This role is essential to support and manage the logistics of the CEO and, when needed, other Executives schedules to increase the bandwidth of the CEO and the team. This role will also include an element of project management, and meticulous meeting note taking. The role will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, minute taking and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Oversee office management duties such as inventory procurement, office upkeep, and liaising with external vendors.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Prepare meeting agendas, collate papers, and take minutes during meetings
- Booking lunches, hotels and travel when required for the CEO (executives) and when necessary, board members

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably in a fast-paced SME environment.
