An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a General Manager reporting to Aires London office. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to optimize Aires’ customer experience, market presence, growth, and financial performance in EMEA.
The General Manager is responsible for developing strategy in alignment with organizational direction to ensure regional teams deliver world-class customer service, produce sustainable growth, and minimize risk. Additional areas of focus for the General Manager will also include maximizing client engagement and retention through close interaction with clients, partners and managers to facilitate success and strengthen relationships while exemplifying Aires core values and serving as a cultural ambassador for the organization both internally and externally.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees regional operational and sales teams to optimize profitability, ensure efficiency, and deliver world-class customer service through the reinforcement of company vision.
- Grows sales, revenue, and market share for the region through collaboration with Sales VP and regional Account Executives.
- Works directly with Client Service Managers to maximize client retention and engagement.
- Leverages in-person meetings and customer entertainment to strengthen partnerships.
- Serves as senior manager or executive sponsor for key customer relationships.
- Monitors daily operational activities and develops and implements solutions to resolve inefficiencies or remove obstacles.
- Identifies problems, solutions and opportunities to improve company performance and champions ideas that advocate for progress and positive change.
- Attracts, retains, develops, and motivates staff.
- Coaches staff towards improved performance through annual reviews, performance management & termination.
- Creates and manages annual regional budgets to ensure that goals are met.
- Sets goals, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure that regional objectives are achieved and aligned with long-term organizational strategy.
- Ensures corporate policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Exemplifies Aires core values and serves as a cultural ambassador for the organization, both internally and externally.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with proven success in managing large-scale teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Executive leadership and strong decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- CRP and GMS Certifications.

- Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
