Due to continued expansion and company growth we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the data centre sector. This role requires a deep understanding of BMS, PMS and cooling system technologies, as well as a proven track record in business development and sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data centre industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including data centre operators, facility managers, and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry standards. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the data centre industry. Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS). Strong knowledge of Cooling systems. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.
